What Can I Expect?

You will work with an experienced certified aging adult trainer in a small group environment with workouts designed specifically for your personal needs. We prioritize your safety both in and out of the gym by combining essential elements of fitness such as flexibility, mobility, balance, resistance training and much much more! Our Legends classes are capped at 12 individuals and are designed to meet you wherever you are in your health and your life. Our goal is to help you take the first step and beyond to a vibrant, independent life where you are free to be, do, and go wherever you want. We are here to guide you every step of the way, providing care, fun, and safety in a controlled setting.

YOUR TRAINER'S PURPOSE IS TO PRIORITIZE YOUR SAFETY, HELP YOU MEET YOUR GOALS, AS WELL AS PROVIDE GUIDANCE AND INSTRUCTION TO HELP YOU LIVE THE LIFE YOU DESERVE TO LIVE. YOUR TRAINER WILL ALSO ADAPT YOUR TRAINING TO WORK AROUND ANY INJURIES OR OTHER PHYSICAL CHALLENGES.

Support and Accountability

YOUR TRAINER WILL DEVELOP A WORKOUT PLAN THAT IS TAILORED SPECIFICALLY TO YOUR PHYSICAL NEEDS. THEY ALSO PROVIDE THE ACCOUNTABILITY YOU NEED TO SUCCEED BY TAKING YOUR BIOMETRICS EVERY 6 WEEKS TO ENSURE YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT PATH.

Consistent Schedule

CLASSES ARE EVERY MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND FRIDAY AND ARE LIMITED TO 12 INDIVIDUALS PER CLASS.
