3-Week Hold Policy

Our CrossFit gym offers a 3-week hold policy to accommodate members facing temporary disruptions in their training routines. To initiate a hold, please complete this form, specifying the start and end dates of their hold period. Holds can be requested for reasons such as vacations, medical issues, or work commitments, with a maximum of one hold every 6 months. Your hold will automatically reactivate at the end of the specified period.

30-Day Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change, and if you need to cancel your CrossFit gym membership, we have a 30-day cancellation policy in place. To cancel, please complete the form below 30 days before your desired cancellation date. Billing continues during this period, covering access to our facility and services, with your final payment processed on your last billing day of the 30-day cancellation period. No refunds are issued for the unused portion of your membership. After the 30-day period, your membership will be terminated.
